Charitable objects
(1) TO PRESERVE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF BATH AND OF THE NATION, THE HISTORICAL, ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTIONAL HERITAGE THAT MAY EXIST IN AND AROUND WALCOT STREET IN BUILDINGS (INCLUDING ANY STRUCTURE OR ERECTION, AND ANY PART OF A BUILDING AS SO DEFINED) OF PARTICULAR BEAUTY OR HISTORICAL, ARCHITECTURAL INTEREST, AND TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT IN THE LOCALITY, (2) TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, ARTS AND CRAFTS, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE LOCAL AND WIDER COMMUNITY ("THE OBJECTS").
