Charitable objects
1) To promote and encourage high standards of architecture, planning and development in the Area of Benefit, and to promote public interest in, and conservation of, the beauty and character of the area and its natural environment. 2) To advance education by the maintenance and operation of Dorking Museum and Heritage Centre, including by holding, developing and caring for the Museum's collections for the public benefit. 3)To advance the education of the public by promoting and encouraging the study of, and community engagement with, the history of the Area of Benefit via the provision of a local history group
