THE RELIEF OF NEED AND SUFFERING AMONG VICTIMS OF NATURAL OR OTHER KINDS OF DISASTER IN THE FORM OF MONEY ( OR OTHER MEANS DEEMED SUITABLE) FOR PERSONS, BODIES, ORGANIZATIONS IN SRI LANKA INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF MEDICINES.
