Charitable objects
(A) THE RELIEF OF THOSE WHO ARE IN FINANCIAL NEED OR WHO ARE EXPERIENCING SUFFERING AS A RESULT OF LOCAL, NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL DISASTER OR BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AMONGST COMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE WORLD, PARTICULARLY THOSE IN WHO HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY SUCH DISASTERS OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES THROUGH THE PROVISIONOF MATERIAL GOODS, CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENT FOR SUCH BENEFICIARIES. (B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONGST PERSONS RESIDENT OR WORKING IN THE AREAS DESCRIBED ABOVE BY PROVIDING FACILITIES AND RESOURCES FOR THE TEACHING OF EDUCATIONAL AND VOCATIONAL SKILLS AND USING SUCH RESOURCES AS ARE NECESSARY AS WELL AS LIASING WITH RELEVANT BODIES CONSISTENT WITH THIS OBJECT. (C) THIS PROTECTION OF HEALTH AMONGST SUCH BENEFICIARIES DESCRIBED ABOVE BY RAISING AWARENESS OF MEDICAL AND HEALTH-RELATED ISSUES AND PROMOTING ACTIVITIES THAT CAN RELIEVE THE SICK AND THOSE SUFFERING FROM EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, THEIR CARERS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND RESOURCES FOR MEDICAL RESEARCH AND THE PUBLISHING OF THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH. (D) THE ADVANCEMENT OF SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS ARE BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITIES AND BENEFICIARIES DESCRIBED ABOVE. IN THE FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS MIDLAND INTERNATIONAL AID TRUST (UK) SHALL BE NONE-PARTY IN POLITICS AND NON-SECTARIAN IN RELIGION.
