TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A VILLAGE GREEN TO BE KNOWN AS MEERBROOK VILLAGE GREEN FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF MEERBROOK WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, AGE, DISABILITY, NATIONALITY, RACE OR POLITICAL RELIGION OR OTHER OPINION FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
