Charitable objects
A) TO PROVIDE A RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME FOR AGED PERSONS CALCULATED TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PERSONS ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR AGES RESIDENT IN TONBRIDGE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE AREA OF BENEFIT) AND SUBJECT THERETO FOR AGED PERSONS WHO ARE DEPENDANT RELATIVES OF SUCH PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT; B) TO PROMOTE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT AS THE COMPANY SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE;
