TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF PERSONS AGED 55 YEARS OR OVER LIVING IN THE WEST WALCOT AREA OF SWINDON AND SURROUNDING AREAS, WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, INFIRMITY, FRAILTY, PHYSICAL DISABILITY OR WHO ARE ISOLATED, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF A LUNCHEON CLUB AND SOCIAL MEETINGS.
