THE RELIEF OF POVERTY SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF ORPHANAGES, HOMES OR SCHOOLS FOR FAMILIES AND CHILDREN IN NEED, AND THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF PEOPLE AND COMMUNITIES WHO ARE SUFFERING HARDSHIP AS A RESULT OF DROUGHT, EARTHQUAKE, FLOOD, WAR OR OTHER DISASTER OR WHO BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CONDITIONS ARE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE ANYWHERE THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION, IN RELATION TO THOSE PERSONS AND COMMUNITIES ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY EARTHQUAKE AND TSUNAMI DISASTER THAT OCCURRED ON 26TH DECEMBER 2004 IN AND AROUND SOUTH EAST ASIA.
