Charitable objects
(1) to promote for the benefit of the public the parts of the Voluntary Sector which provide advice services by providing training, services, support and assistance to enable Voluntary Sector advice organisations to provide high quality advice services and the public to access those services and by promoting co-operation between Voluntary Sector advice organisations and statutory authorities and other bodies; (2) to advance education for the benefit of the public in particular by the development of high quality advice services and by the provision of educational material including educational resources relating to advice services and an information service on the internet.
