Charitable objects
1. TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN PRIMARILY UNDER THE STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE BY ENCOURAGING PARENTS AND GUARDIANS OF CHILDREN IN THEIR CARE TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THE PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL, EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH THE ACTIVITIES OF THE PRE-SCHOOL AND BY:- A. OFFERING APPROPRIATE PLAY FACILITIES AND TRAINING COURSES, TAKING DUE REGARD TO THE LEGAL RIGHT OF PARENTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND TO BECOME APPROPRIATELY INVOLVED IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE PRE-SCHOOL, ENSURING THAT THE PRE-SCHOOL OFFERS OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL CHILDREN WHATEVER THEIR RACE, CULTURE, RELIGION, MEANS OR ABILITY. B. ENCOURAGING THE STUDY OF THE PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL, EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL NEEDS OF SUCH CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES AND PROMOTING PUBLIC INTEREST IN AND RECOGNITION OF SUCH NEEDS IN THE LOCAL AREA C. ADHERING TO AND FURTHERING THE AIM OF THE PRE-SCHOOL LEARNING ALLIANCE WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE ESTABLISHED CHRISTIAN ETHOS OF THE PRE-SCHOOL. 2. TO DO ALL SUCH THINGS AS WILL FURTHER THE ATTAINMENT OF THESE OBJECTS SUBJECT TO THE PROVISO THAT NOTHING WILL BE DONE WHICH WILL OR MAY PREVENT THE OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY BEING DEEMED TO BE CHARITABLE.
