THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION GENERALLY WITHIN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR ADULT EDUCATION, LECTURES, CLASSES, TEACHING GROUPS AND SEMINARS OR OTHER FORMS OF TRAINING.
