THE RELIEF OF PATIENTS IN PICU AND WARD 30 AT GLENFIELD HOSPITAL NHS TRUST IN LEICESTERSHIRE BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN PARTICULAR FOR THE ACQUISITION OF NEW MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND OTHER GENERAL ITEMS AND IN DOING SO THE TRUST SHALL NOT RELIEVE ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY, RELEVANT HEALTH SERVICE TRUST OR OTHER BODY OF ANY OF ITS STATUTORY OBLIGATION.
