IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THOSE IN DANGER OF BECOMING ADDICTED TO OR DEPENDENT UPON OR HAVE ALREADY BECOME SO ADDICTED OR DEPENDENT UPON SUBSTANCES INJURIOUS TO HEALTH OF ANY DESCRIPTION IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (I) INFORMING THEM OF THE DANGERS INVOLVED IN THE USE OF ALL SUCH SUBSTANCES AND BY EDUCATING THEM IN MATTERS RELATING TO THE SAFEGUARDING OF GOOD HEALTH; AND (II) PROVIDING EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE PRACTICE OF AURICULAR ACUPUNCTURE.
