Charitable objects
(1) TO RELIEVE POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS, PRIMARILY, AMONG PERSONS WHO HAVE SUFFERED THE SAME AS A RESULT OF ANY CRIMINAL OFFENCE COMMITTED BY ANY PERSON OR THROUGH ANY MEANS WHATEVER, THE FAMILIES OF SUCH PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED AND WITNESSES TO SUCH OFFENCES; (2) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION AND AWARENESS BY RESEARCH INTO ISSUES PRIMARILY RELATING TO VICTIMS OF CRIME, WITNESSES AND THEIR FAMILIES AND TO DISSEMINATE THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
