3.1 THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO HAVE SUFFERED FROM A HEART ATTACK, CARDIAC SURGERY, ANGINA OR OTHER HEART RELATED PROBLEMS AND THEIR PARTNERS, FAMILIES AND CARERS BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, INFORMATION, SUPPORT AND SUCH OTHER SERVICES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF SUCH PERSONS; 3.2 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND PROMOTE PUBLIC AWARENESS IN MATTERS RELATING TO HEART DISORDERS.
