TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND OVERSEAS AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN (WITH PRIORITY FOR DISADVANTAGED WOMEN AND CHILDREN) BY (I) RELIEVING THOSE IN FINANCIAL NEED, HARDSHIPS AND DISTRESS, (II) RELIEVING THE SICK AND PROTECTING AND PRESERVING PUBLIC HEALTH, (III) ADVANCE EDUCATION THROUGH PROVISION OF AWARDING GRANTS, FELLOWSHIPS AND OTHER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO QUALIFIED TEACHERS, EDUCATIONALISTS AND MEDICAL PERSONNEL OR THOSE ATTENDING MEDICAL BASED HIGHER EDUCATION COURSES, SO THAT THEY MAY BETTER EDUCATE THE PUBLIC AND RELIEVE SICKNESS. (IV) SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS ARE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
