3. FACILITATE AND PROMOTE RESEARCH INTO RANDOLPH CALDECOTT'S LIFE
4. SUCH OTHER PURPOSES RELEVANT TO RANDOLPH CALDECOTT AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE
