Activities - how the charity spends its money
We have a drop in centre where our tenants and residents can call in if they are needing information on housing, events we may be organising, we hold councillors surgery once a month. We also are in contact with our local police officers, our drop in is also used for voting day which where we meet people who maybe new to our estate as well as long standing residents apart from this its just usual

Charitable objects
1) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE KENTON BAR ESTATE, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND RESIDENTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE INHABITANTS. 2) THE PROVISION, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON ON THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
