TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND DISTRESS AND ADVANCE EDUCATION AMONGST CHILDREN RESIDENT IN BELARUS IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY; (I) PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR THE CONTINUING EDUCATIONAL AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING OF THE CHILDREN. (II) RENOVATING AND MAINTAINING ACCOMMODATION AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE CHILDREN. (III) PROVIDING SUPPORT TO THOSE CHILDREN, MEMBERS OR THEIR FAMILY AND THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING TO PROMOTE SUCH SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS (THE OBJECTS).
