(II) THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE AREAS OF SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT, MEDITATION AND THE TEACHINGS OF THE AZEEMI SUFI ORDER BY THE ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF AN ACADEMY PROVIDING FREE COURSES IN SUFI MEDITATION METHODS AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT
