Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS: 1. THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH, BOTH WITHIN THE UK AND OVERSEAS, BY SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE. 2. THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AMONGST FORMER AND SERVING INMATES IN PRISONS IN KENYA AND THEIR FAMILIES BY THE PROVISION, OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF, FINANCIAL, EMOTIONAL OR MATERIAL SUPPORT LEADING TO THEIR REHABILITATION AND REINTEGRATION INTO SOCIETY.
