TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ATTENDING THE SCHOOLS EITHER DIRECTLY OR BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS OR LOANS BY: (I) THE PROVISION OR DEVELOPMENT OF ANY FACILITIES AND AMENITIES AT ANY OF THE SCHOOLS AS CONTAINED IN THEIR DEVELOPMENT PLANS OR ANNUAL BUDGETS FROM TIME TO TIME. (II) THE PROVISION OR AWARD OF BURSARIES, SCHOLARSHIPS, EXHIBITIONS OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES TO ASSIST SUCH PERSONS APPROVED BY THE GOVERNORS TO ATTEND THE SCHOOLS; AND (III) OTHERWISE FURTHERING THE EDUCATION OF SUCH PERSONS.
