TO PROVIDE FOR THE RELIEF OF ALL PEOPLE FROM ZAMBIA AND MALAWI AND OTHER AFRICANS WHO ARE NOW LIVING IN LUTON WHO ARE: (A) IN CONDITION OF NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS; (B) WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED OR INFIRM BY RELIEVING THEIR SUFFERING OR ASSISTING THEIR RECOVERY.
