THE CHARITY IS TO OPERATE IN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA COVERED BY HIGH PEAK BOROUGH COUNCIL AND THE PARTS OF THE DERBYSHIRE DALES DISTRICT COUNCIL BY THE HIGH PEAK AND DALES PRIMARY CARE TRUST.
