THE COMPANY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS '") ARE PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF RESIDENTS OF THE COUNTY OF KENT("THE AREA OF BENEFIT"): 1. TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE BIODIVERSITY AND PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, INCLUDING ITS BIOLOGY, ECOLOGY AND GEOLOGY; AND 2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN NATURAL SCIENCES AND HISTORY, BIODIVERSITY, CONSERVATION, SUSTAINABILITY AND MANAGEMENT OF THE LOCAL NATURAL HABITATS.
