Activities - how the charity spends its money
Home-Start Watford & Three Rivers provides support to families who have at least one child under the age of five years. Support is provided by volunteers who are parents themselves they visit families once a week for two to three hours offering support, friendship and practical help in the families' homes. The service is provided in Watford, Three Rivers and Hertsmere
