Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF AFRICAN WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN AFFECTED IN SOME WAY BY THE ISSUES OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE BY THE PROVISION OF A CULTURALLY APPROPRIATE COUNSELLING SERVICE AND EMERGENCY SHELTER. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS RELATING TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PARTICULAR INTO CAUSES, REMEDIES AND PREVENTION OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. TO PROMOTE RESEARCH INTO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND FAMILY VIOLENCE AS A WHOLE IN THE AFRICAN COMMUNITIES AND DISSEMINATE THE RESULTS TO THE PUBLIC.
