Charitable objects
THE CHARITY SHALL OPERATE PRINCIPALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE COMMUNITY OF LLANIDLOES. THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) ARE 1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ABOUT ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND RENEWABLE ENERGY RESOURCES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT. 2) THE PRESERVATION AND CONSERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, THROUGH THE PROMOTION AND USE OF RENEWABLE ENERGY AND ENERGY SAVING MEASURES. 3) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF PUBLIC HEALTH THROUGH THE EFFICIENT UTILISATION OF ENERGY. 4) TO CONDUCT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT RELATING TO THE UTILISATION OF ENERGY CONSERVATION PRACTICES AND RENEWABLE ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES AND TO USE THE RESEARCH FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT.
