(1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WITHIN THE VICINITY OF TANWORTH-IN-ARDEN AND EARLSWOOD WARWICKSHIRE ('THE COMMUNITY'):- (A) BY PROVIDING CARE, EDUCATION, AND RECREATIONAL SERVICES AND FACILITIES FOR CHILDREN UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE. (B) BY PROVIDING CARE, EDUCATION AND RECREATIONAL SERVICES AND FACILITIES NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY FOR CHILDREN OF ANY AGE ESPECIALLY DURING OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS AND DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. (C) BY EDUCATING AND TRAINING PERSONS IN THE PROVISION OF THESE SERVICES. (2) SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE, FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CHILDREN OF THE COMMUNITY AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
