TO PREVENT AND RELIEVE THE SUFFERING AND DISTRESS TO DOGS AND CATS WHO ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS OR BECAUSE THEY ARE STRAY, HAVE BEEN ABANDONED, NEGLECTED OR MALTREATED, IN PARTICULAR, BY THE PROVISION OF NEUTERING SERVICES, FEEDING PROGRAMMES AND VETERINARY SERVICES WORLDWIDE.
2. TO PROMOTE ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE IN FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE
