TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AND WHO SUFFER FROM THE EFFECTS OF MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS AND EMOTIONAL DISTRESS WHO HAVE FOUND THAT DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR ARTISTIC AND CREATIVE ACTIVITIES AND THE PROVISION OF WORKSHOPS AND EXHIBITIONS AND SUCH OTHER FACILITIES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.
