THE PROPERTY HEREBY CONVEYED (HEREIN CALLED "THE TRUST PROPERTY") SHALL BE HELD UPON TRUST FOR A RECREATION GROUND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE VILLAGE OF YEOFORD AND AREA - DEFINED AS CATCHMENT AREA OF YEOFORD SCHOOL IN THE COUNTY OF DEVON IN SUCH MANNER AS THE COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT FROM TIME TO TIME SHALL THINK FIT.
