Activities - how the charity spends its money
Provide practical and emotional support to South Asian women & men who experience isolation,stress and other mental health issues. This is provided by experienced and trained staff and volunteers. We run number of activities,training's and work shops to build their confidence, self esteem and resilience. We offer structured emotional and practical support to meet the individual needs.
