Charitable objects
2.1 TO PROVIDE, IN THE INTEREST OD SOCIAL WELFARE, FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATIONS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE ( 24 YEARS AND BELOW) LIVING IN LIVERPOOL, WITH AN INITIAL FOCUS ON THE SOCIALLY DEPRIVED INNER CITY AREA OF TOXTETH. 2.2 TO EDUCATE AND ASSIST YOUNG PERSONS THROUGH THEIR LEISURE ACTIVITIES SO AS TO HELP THEM DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE MIGHT BE IMPROVED
