Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS AT THE ARCHDEACON MATTHIAS GEORGE MEMORIAL SCHOOLS IN THE GAMBIA, BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOLS (IN THE FIRST INSTANCE TO REPAY THE INTEREST FREE LOAN PROVIDED TO THE SCHOOLS IN 2004 TO ROOF THE SECONDARY SCHOOL AND TO BUILD A SIX CLASS-ROOMED NURSERY SCHOOL) AND BY FUNDING THE EDUCATION OF NEEDY STUDENTS IDENTIFIED BY THE HEAD TEACHERS, (MAXIMUM 2 PUPILS P.A. AT NURSERY SCHOOL, 1 AT THE PRIMARY SCHOOL AND 1 AT THE SECONDARY SCHOOL.
