Charitable objects
C) OBJECTS THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) ARE AS FOLLOWS: (1) TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE LIFE AND PROPERTY IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A RESCUE SERVICE WITH, IN PARTICULAR, SPECIALIST SKILLS IN WATERBORNE RESCUE; TO ASSIST GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS AND COUNTY AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES IN THEIR PROVISION OF EMERGENCY SERVICES; AND (2) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN WATERBORNE RESCUE IN PARTICULAR, BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING AND TRAINING COURSES. THE AREA OF BENEFIT IS DEFINED AS BEING THE RIVER SEVERN UPSTREAM FROM GLOUCESTER DOCKS AND ANY OTHER RIVERS AND WATER COURSES, PONDS, LAKES, RESERVOIRS AND THE LIKE IN THE MIDLANDS BUT WITHOUT GEOGRAPHIC LIMITATION.

RIVER SEVERN UPSTREAM FROM GLOUCESTER DOCKS AND ANY OTHER RIVERS AND WATER COURSES, PONDS, LAKES, RESERVOIRS AND THE LIKE IN THE MIDLANDS BUT WITHOUT GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATION
