Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE TRUST ARE GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN PARTICULAR FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN AFRICA BY THE PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS FOR PRIMARY, SECONDARY AND TERTIARY EDUCATION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND INCLUDING THE BENEFIT OF OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD BUT ONLY INSOFAR AS THOSE PURPOSES OR CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS ARE CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
