HOME-START CONWY IS A VOLUNTARY ORGANISATION WHICH OFFERS FRIENDSHIP, SUPPORT AND PRACTICAL HELP TO FAMILIES EXPERIENCING DIFFICULTIES, WHERE THERE IS AT LEAST ONE CHILD UNDER 14 IN THE HOUSEHOLD. SUPPORT IS PROVIDED PRIMARILY THROUGH THE MEDIUM OF HOME VISITING, ALTHOUGH OPPORTUNITIES TO SOCIALISE ARE ALSO PROVIDED.
