THE OBJECT OF THE COMPANY SHALL BE TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN IN ANY AREA OF REDCAR AND CLEVELAND UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE AND TO PROVIDE FOR THEIR NEEDS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A NURSERY AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE CARE, RECREATION AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UP TO THE AGE OF 14 YEARS DURING OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS AND HOLIDAYS.
