FOR THE RELIEF OF THOSE WHO HAVE BECOME SOCIALLY ISOLATED DUE TO EITHER OR A COMBINATION OF AGE, SENSORY IMPAIRMENT, PHYSICAL DISABILITY AND OR BECAUSE THEY ARE A CARERS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A BEFRIENDING SERVICE IN WEST NORFOLK.
