(I) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS FOR THE PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY OF GLOUCESTERSHIRE; (II) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THE COMMUNITY BY MEANS OF ENCOURAGING AND PROMOTING THE PRACTICE OF 'FAIR SHARES' WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM, PARTICULARLY FOR THOSE PERSONS WHO ARE DISADVANTAGED AND VULNERABLE, SUCH AS YOUNG PERSONS, THE AGED AND THE UNEMPLOYED, AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH COMMUNITY INITIATIVES AND SUPPORT..
