TO ASSIST IN THE CONSERVATION AND EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, PARTICULARLY BY SUPPORTING AND PROMOTING ACTIVITIES AT RUNCORN HILL INCLUDING SPORTS AND LEISURE. ALSO SUCH OTHER PURPOSES BEING EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES. THE FRIENDS OF RUNCORN HILL IS A NON-PROFIT MAKING ORGANISATION.
