TO EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE AGED BETWEEN 12 AND 25 YEARS IN SAIL TRAINING AND NAVIGATION SO AS TO DEVELOP ESSENTIAL LIFE SKILLS INCLUDING TEAM DEVELOPMENT, COMMUNICATION, RESPECT FOR OTHERS, SELF CONFIDENCE, SELF ESTEEM AND INTERDEPENDENCE ENABLING THEM TO GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
