THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION ACCORDING TO THE USAGE OF PROTESTANT DISSENTERS COMMONLY KNOWN AS PARTICULAR BAPTISTS, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES DEFINED AND EXPLAINED IN THE BOOK "THE INSTITUTIONS OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION" WRITTEN BY JOHN CALVIN AND PUBLISHED IN 1536, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE SAID BOOK'S DISSERTATION ON BAPTISM BY IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE MAKING OF GRANTS AND LOANS TO INDIVIDUALS, CHURCHES, CHAPELS AND OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS. (2) THE TRUSTEES MUST GIVE PREFERENCE TO THOSE INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANISATIONS IN QUADRING AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS.
