Activities - how the charity spends its money

The aim of the charity is to provide for children with cancer and their families gifts, special holidays, parties etc. in order to help create happy memories. The charity will assist with the purchase of equipment for a child with cancer in order to help make their life easier. In the sad case where a child dies we will assist with the funeral costs and/or thereafter with the cost of a headstone.

Charitable objects

1) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AMONG CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS SUFFERING FROM CANCER AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, WITHIN THE NORFOLK, SUFFOLK, CAMBRIDGESHIRE AND ESSEX AREAS (THE AREA OF BENEFIT), BY THE PROVISION OF OR ASSISTANCE WITH THE PROVISION OF RESPITE HOLIDAYS OR SHORT BREAKS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND THOSE OF THEIR FAMILIES OR CARERS. 2) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AMONG FAMILIES OF CHILDREN WHO HAVE DIES AS A RESULT OF CANCER BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT IN MEETING FUNERAL EXPENSES.
