TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF BRITISH AIRFIELDS AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: 1.1 THE ESTABLISHMENT AND SUPPORT OF MUSEUMS AND INTERPRETATION CENTRES; 1.2 THE PRESERVATION OF THE HISTORICAL DETAILS AND RECORDS OF AIRFIELDS; 1.3 THE ERECTION OF MEMORIALS AT SITES OF NATIONAL AND HISTORICAL IMPORTANCE; AND 1.4 TO PROMOTE RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT. 2. TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE OBJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.
