TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR SENIOR CITIZENS IN WILSDEN AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHO HAVE THE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, INFIRMARY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
