TO ENHANCE / PROMOTE THE CARE AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN PRIMARILY UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE BY WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THEIR PARENTS AND FAMILIES TO: A) PROVIDE FULLY INTEGRATED FACILITIES AND RESOURCES FOR THESE CHILDREN, AND ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO BETTER UNDERSTAND THE NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN BY TAKING PART IN THE CENTRE'S ONGOING ACTIVITIES AND TRAINING COURSES, ENSURING THAT SUCH ACTIVITIES OFFER OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL CHILDREN REGARDLESS OF RACE, CULTURE, RELIGION, GENDER MEANS OR ABILITY, AND B) TO DISSEMINATE GOOD PRACTICE BY INVOLVING THE WIDER COMMUNITY EG HEALTH VISITORS, SOCIAL SERVICES ETC IN PARENT EDUCATION COURSES AND GROUP ACTIVITIES, SO PROMOTING PUBLIC INTEREST IN AND RECOGNITION OF YOUNG CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES
