TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR YOUNG PEOPLE RESIDENT IN LISKEARD AGED BETWEEN 16 AND 21 YEARS ENROLLED ON A COURSE LEADING TO A NATIONALLY RECOGNISED VOCATIONAL OR TRADE QUALIFICATION APPROPRIATE TO THE CAREER CONCERNED BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PRACTICAL ASSISTANCE IN FURTHERANCE OF THAT CAREER.
