THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED (THE "OBJECTS") ARE TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ELSEWHERE A SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS FOR THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN OR YOUNG PERSONS OF EITHER SEX OR BOTH SEXES AND TO SUPPLY TO THE PUPILS GENERAL INSTRUCTION TOGETHER WITH PHYSICAL, MORAL AND RELIGIOUS TRAINING.
